27 years old Georgian electronic music producer and a dj. Ana’s musical journey began at an early age with classical music education andbyher early teens she managed to play and sing in a local jazz band. 2003 is the year when she took interest in electronic music, although she started producing only in 2011, when her first track was released on ABTC Recordings. In 2012 and 2013 Newa released two EPs in a row on a German label Sub.Spiele – Away from mind and Hedgehog. In 2013, Newa released “AC”, two track EP with sophisticated combination of acid and techno sounds that differed greatly from her earlier ambient, experimental and house productions. AC was met with critical acclaim and became a winner at the annual Georgian electronic music awards“Electronauts” for the Album/EP of the year.
